The Skyky Foundation presents

Support with an Exhilarating Musical Night for SickKids Hospital

Skyky Foundation is proud to present the fifth Skyky Youth Charity Concert at the prestigious Roy Thomson Hall on November 11th, 2024. This grand event aims to support SickKids Hospital, showcasing exceptional talents and fostering a platform for young musicians to shine.

The concert promises to be a spectacular showcase of talent, featuring a few young performers from schools and a group of local musical artists like violinist, pianist, opera singer and cellist. We are so honored to have Rowan Sawarna-Small to play Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No.2 and the esteemed conductor, Samuel Tam. Alongside, our dedicated youth committee comprising 6 exceptional students help us to market our concert, to get sponsors.

The concert will be a 2-hour event at 3:00-5:00pm (1:30-2:30pm for reception) with our mission on building a platform for musicians to show their talents and big love.

About SickKids Hospital and Skyky Multicultural Learning Foundation

SickKids hospital is always a first choice for fundraising because:

SickKids is one of the top hospitals in the world, Canada’s first children’s hospital when it opened in 1875, one of the top 3 children’s research hospitals in the world.

Skyky Multicultural Learning Foundation is a non-profit organization that focuses on providing engaging learning experiences for youth nationally and internationally; it is one of the fundraisers supporting SickKids. Our goal is not only to teach the necessary skills of learning to our youth, but also to provide them with character-building life experiences that better prepare them for the future. Since 2017, Skyky has been raising funds by organizing family fashion shows, youth concerts, honey sales, and book launches. Through those events, we have provided more than 200 students with volunteering opportunities and built them a great platform to gain experience.
