Accessible Seating
All levels of Roy Thomson Hall are wheelchair-accessible. Accessible seating locations may be purchased by contacting the box office at: contactus@mh-rth.com or calling 416-872-4255. Guests are welcome to use their own personal assistive devices – however these must be stored outside the auditorium during the performance.
Barrier Free facilities
Private, barrier free washrooms are available at Roy Thomson Hall.
Bariatric Seating

Advanced Seating Service
We offer special (priority) access at Roy Thomson Hall. Advance booking of this service is not required. However advance booking may be done by emailing: frontofhouse@mh-rth.com.

SIGHT IMPAIRMENT
Digital and Large Font Programs
Program guides are not often distributed at Roy Thomson Hall events however, when one is provided by an event, our Front of House staff ensures that larger format versions are available for patrons who require it.
HARD OF HEARING
Assisted Listening Systems
Roy Thomson Hall is equipped with a Sennheiser FM assisted listening system. The Sennheiser system works with both the induction loop, and the stethoset.
A limited number of headsets are available. They are free to borrow and can be picked up at the Front of House office at each venue. Booking in advance is not required, but may be done by emailing: frontofhouse@mh-rth.com.
ASL Interpreted Performances
ASL Interpretation may be available for some presentations. If you require this service, please email contactus@mh-rth.com
SUPPORT PERSONS
Support persons who are accompanying guests with special needs are welcome at Roy Thomson Hall. All guests, including support persons, must have a purchased ticket to attend a performance or event.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Service and support animals are welcome at Roy Thomson Hall. Service animals should have either a visible indicator, or an identification card or letter from a healthcare practitioner confirming that the customer requires the animal for reasons relating to a disability. Service animals may be accommodated in most seating locations. However, you may contact the box office at: contactus@mh-rth.com to ensure suitable seating is reserved.
SCENT ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES
We discourage patrons from wearing scented products however we cannot guarantee a scent-free environment. Should you experience an allergic reaction due to your seating location, please speak to the House Manager who will do their best relocate you to another section.
OBUS FORMS AND BOOSTER SEATS
Are available at Roy Thomson Hall from the Front of House Office. Advance booking is not required but may be done by emailing: frontofhouse@mh-rth.com
FIRST AID
Certified First Aid, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) service providers are on duty for every event. Please contact any usher if these services are required.

Accessible Restrooms Are available via the central elevator from all levels.
Accessible Entrance
Patrons with accessibility needs should arrive via the main entrance on Simcoe Street. Priority will be given to patrons who identify the need.
Parking
There is accessible parking available at the rear of Roy Thomson Hall via Wellington Street. There are 23 spots available in the surface parking lot, and 6 parking spots in the underground parking lot. These spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
