Accessibile Entrance
At Roy Thomson Hall, anyone with accessible needs should arrive via the Front Entrance on Simcoe Street.
Patrons with accessibility needs are encouraged to use the main entrance on Simcoe Street, where priority entry will be provided.
Accessible Seating
Roy Thomson Hall has accessible seating across all levels of the Hall.
Accessible seats may be purchased via our online booking system, however if you require additional assistance please email our Customer Service Team at contactus@mh-rth.com.


Access Services
- All levels of Roy Thomson Hall are wheelchair accessible.
- Tickets can be purchased online.
- Personal assistive devices are welcome but must be stored outside the auditorium during performances.
- Patrons with accessibility needs are encouraged to use the main entrance on Simcoe Street, where priority entry will be provided.
- Private, accessible washrooms are available.

- Large-font or digital programs are available when provided by artists.
- Front of House staff will assist patrons upon arrival.
- Roy Thomson Hall uses a Sennheiser FM assisted listening system.
- The Sennheiser system works with both the induction loop, and the stethoset.
- A limited number of headsets are available.

ASL interpretation may be available for select performances (email: contactus@mh-rth.com).
- Support persons are welcome and must have a valid ticket.
- Service animals are permitted with proper ID or documentation and can be accommodated in most seating areas (email: contactus@mh-rth.com to reserve suitable seating).
- While patrons are encouraged to avoid scented products, a scent-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
- If needed, speak with the House Manager for alternative seating options.
Obus Form cushions and booster seats are available from Front of House (advance booking optional).
Certified First Aid, CPR, and AED responders are on-site at every event. Contact an usher for assistance.
